Does anyone know where I can find a template for my blog with 3 columns? I want to be able to put fun stuff on each side of my posts. And I still want to be able to customize the colors and fonts. I looked for some templates online, but I haven't been able to come up with anything that I can fully customize. I need a really basic 3 column template.

Ahh... you've encountered what many Blogger users eventually experience... the need to scale and do more than Blogger initially allows for.
My recommendation: Export all of your posts and comments (it's easy, not to worry), and import them into a new WordPress account.
My guess... you could convince someone at work (think Engineering) to help you with all of this.
WordPress is a far better platform (IMHO) than Blogger, offers thousands--literally--of free themes and templets, and has a ton of fun and useful widgets/plugins that make your experience more fun and powerful.
