Netflix sent me an email this week. Apparently, they are broken and don't know when they will be able to send me the next movie I have set up in my queue. Sad! The end of the email was signed 'Your friends at Netflix'. Yeah, well I feel like my "friends" just stood me up. Rude.

You know, I've heard about this from a few people around the country. I just put my account on temporary hold a few weeks ago. Looks like my timing was just right.
I've been with Netflix for 3 years now ever since I ditched Blockbuster's (slow) online service. I hope they get things fixed soon! Even though they've messed up a couple times, like you I've always loved Netflix.

Like that time they said they were going to get rid of multiple queues. (as if Clark likes the movies I like) They just want all of us to switch to BlockBuster or RedBox don't they? <3 Linda
