1. The hair!It's so darling short!!
2. I'm sure I'd love Nutella.. I keep hearing how yummy it is and try to buy it at Walmart but they've been sold out. It is now my mission to buy that little sucker. My mom told me to never try it cause I'd be HOOKED! lol.

I don't blame ya, I wouldn't want to go get adjusted in that case either! I'm obviously not great at giving helpful suggestions. Something like hydrotherapy, as mentioned above, definitely sounds promising though.

Oh, I didn't mean go to a chiropractor if you were diagnosed with either of those, I would imagine it would make the pain worse with a condition/disease that affects the spine.

And your poor dad, that is horrible! I can't imagine! :(

I would not recommend a chiropractor for either DISH or Ankylosing spondylitis. Both seem like a rough pathology. I am SO sorry you have to go through this at such a young age! My mom is weaning from 8percocets/day AND morphine extended release (it's scary stuff.) It's rough and I hate to see my mom go through all that. I wish you the BEST of luck.
For my back patients I recommend getting in the pool and dangling from a noodle. Let the pool provide some relief by traction and hydrostatic pressure. Let me know!

I go to the chiropractor from time to time. The problem is I am usually dying after I get adjusted, then I get relief a day or two later. I just don't want to go through that without wanting to take any meds for it.

My dad was diagnosed with it like 10 years ago. It's awful!

Do you think maybe a visit to the chiropractor might help with your back pain? I've never been to one, but I know people who swear by them for helping with a lot of things.
